Tracey is the President of the Catholic Teachers (OECTA) Renfrew Unit. She also serves as a governor for the Ontario Teachers' Federation representing OECTA. Tracey formerly taught at St. John Bosco Catholic School in Barry's Bay. The unit president is a full time release position.

Terry is the Secondary and 1st Vice President for the Renfrew Unit. Terry formerly taught at Bishop Smith Catholic High School in Pembroke. The 1st Vice President is a full time release position.

Elizabeth is the Elementary and 2nd Vice President for the Renfrew Unit. She is currently a special project assignment teacher (SPAT) focusing on the Math Action and Achievement Plan.
